While you don't have to read the previous book, it will make them easier to understand and truly enjoy. This book wraps up his previous book THE THIRD OPTION. Its a great read and has one of the coolest epilogues I ever read.

I was very happy with this purchase. The book was in excellent condition and the seller put in a few bucks due to a ring on the cover, which, by the way, I never could find. It was shipped in plenty of time for Christmas.

Delivery was on-time. I have always enjoyed Vince Flynn books. This was one of his best.

Oh well. The communication, what there is of it, is pretty ineffective and immature. It would have been nice if their relationship exploration was as interesting as the antiterrorism/action story. Vice Flynn's novels follow a certain pattern, which I don't mean as a criticism at all. It's still a great read. Of course, Mitch Rapp is amazing in his work. In this novel, the story is fast paced, always interesting, and a very entertaining read. What's a bit different in this novel is that a lot more time is spent on Rapp and Reilly's relationship.

A lot of good twists and turns. This is a great book series. I am about 2/3 way through this book and it's hard to put down.
